I looking for NON-SMOKING roommate to share 2BR / 2BA apartment, over 1000 square feet on 1st floor in 2 floors apartment building at Scottsdale, Arizona. It is a safe and clean place to live. Bedroom for rent is available with lease or without, month-to-month renters are fine. Cost is $425 plus 1/2 electricity a month, also phone, basic cable TV and high speed internet are available. Please note a $225 refundable security deposit is required.
Bedroom for rent has a 2 huge closets and is furnished, and has own bathroom. I the kitchen are: cabinets, 2 refrigerator with freezers, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, sink with disposal. Both bedrooms and living room has a ceiling fan lights. Floor has a carpet, but in the kitchen and in the bathrooms are tiles, windows has a vertical blinds. Temperature apartment is controlled by heating and air conditioning.
Apartment complex has a parking, landscaping, laundry facilities, clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and much, much, more. You will have complete access to everything in the apartment with same privilege as I have, it is keeping a clean apartment, such as living room, kitchen, etc.
ABOUT LOCATION:
Apartment complex is located in Northeast Valley of Phoenix Arizona at city Scottsdale, on southeast corner of North Hayden Road and East Camelback Road. You have walking distance to shopping, restaurants, park, tennis, golf court and bus station, and more. Is close to: Highway 101, Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale Memorial Hospital, restaurants. Using public transportation you can get to Sky Harbor Airport in 25 minutes, to Downtown Scottsdale 5 minutes, to Central Phoenix 30 minutes, to downtown Tempe and ASU 20 minutes, etc.
ABOUT ME:
I am from Europe, and I was born in Poland 56 years ago. I am a quiet, clean, none smoking, non drinking, drug free, heterosexual, employed full-time. I have no kids and no pets. I am a citizen of the United States and I live here, myself, since 1982, currently in Scottsdale, Arizona
Those who know me would say . . . I am an easy going person, friendly, open caring, loyal, responsible, and tolerant, but firm.
I have a lot of interests. Whatever is it . . . I always enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, learning new things, good conversation and laugh.
I like open communication, consideration and respect of others and their belongings. I like to be upfront from the beginning so there is no miscommunication.
I like to socialize with share mates, however, I do enjoy my time alone as well. I do not ask for much from any share mates I had, just a drama and chaos free, somewhat quiet place for me to escape to after work.
